Workshop of Photonex Europe Industry & Academia: Working together in Silicon Photonics
- We hosted a one-day workshop as promised in the proposal. In order to maximise participation, the event was embedded into an annual event based in the UK, "Photonex Europe 2019", which is a conference and exhibition focusing on Photonics.
- In addition to the latest project progress presented by representatives from PICTURE, we also had multiple important invited speakers including MP Carol Monaghan and Prof Laurent Viven giving their opinions and ideas on policy, marketing, and trends, etc. for photonics. Approximately 60 people attended this workshop.
